We offer a 30 day return policy. Items should be returned in clean and resalable condition.For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, WNP will cover the return shipping costs and provide a solution.
Free shipping is available within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or PO Boxes. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing. Total estimated delivery time is usually 4–9 business days.

Compare your measurements with the dimensions listed on the product page to confirm the best fit. If you are replacing old cushions, measuring your existing cushions can also help. Please note that slight size differences may occur due to manual measurement and cushion expansion.
